What would you like to see at Science-Ideas?
Science-Ideas.Com has just relaunched and we are in the process of providing more ideas than ever.
What sort of things would you like to see from this website in the future... more ideas? more how-to guides? more tips ?
Anything goes...we might even start posting science comics if enough people want them...
So ask away. What do you want to see?
I think we need some science comics around here.
People think of science as boring stuff but we all love comics!!!!
I think you should add jokes, It will get everyones attenion if we start are presentations with a good joke.
Some funny science jokes. My teacher has some good ones, but now hes starting to use the same ones over. I want to give him some new ones.
some funny and good science characters would be good to have, and i have a question.... how did you first react when your teacher told you that you were going to have a science fair and its due at the end of the month?
well i would think that it would be cool if they could add Adam and Jamie frome the mythbusters as little characters and mayb use some of ther mor smaller myths as ideas for kids to use.:)
i think that the judges wont like that beacuse its not all fun and games
Hi Katrina. It's true that science fairs are serious competitions, but it doesn't hurt to lighten things up sometimes. As long as you stick to using the scientific method as you do your project, throwing in a joke or a funny statement will only add to the value of your project, and maybe give you a little better position in the judges eyes.
Just make sure the joke relates to your project. A joke about a volcano wouldn't really fit into a project about why a dog's breath smells so bad.

Jokes aren't a bad idea, although they aren't a big priority. I would expect more ideas to be added in the near future and a handful of step-by-step guides because thats what most students are requesting right now.

Science comic will be OK. As it will be useful for the kids. I am a teacher and these comics will help me to teach my students.
