Ice Skating project

I'm going to be entering into a science fair soon and I want to do it on something with Ice Skating. Do you guys have any ideas? I was thinking of things like if a skater vs a non-skater could jump higher. Or the effects centrifugal force has. And center of gravity :). Any other ideas? :)
